Nothing too much trouble, didn't feel like leaving, you're dope! Stayed here with my dog and overall greatly enjoyed this apartment. Hosts were great and wonderful, even gave me room with a comfy queen bed. Room was large and absolutely fabulous. I could enjoy views over to the Chianti hills.

Perfect location in the center of the village, making it easy to explore the surrounding cities of Tuscany. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and quiet rooms. It has a true Italian feel and provides a homely atmosphere. The host, Massimo, provided excellent service from greeting us at the gate to making dinner reservations at the best restaurant.
The bed was uncomfortable and there was a five-hour blackout in the whole village during our stay. It would have been helpful to have flashlights or candles available in case of emergencies.

We got great value for our money with the excellent apartment at Fabio Apartments. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the medieval town. The staff, especially Massimo, was extremely helpful and made us feel at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety and options.

I recently stayed at Fabio Apartments for a week-long getaway. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bustling heart of the city. Despite being in the center, the apartment was peaceful and secluded. Massimo, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He helped us navigate the narrow streets and even provided secure garage parking. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, with a fantastic kitchen and two bright and spacious bedrooms. The highlight was definitely the beautiful small garden, where we could relax and take in the stunning views of San Gimignano's iconic towers.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the apartment was mind-blowing, right next to the main square. The host went above and beyond by picking us up from the train station and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment itself was super clean and filled with lots of air and sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen, along with the washing machine, made our stay even more convenient. The fast wifi and air conditioning were a bonus. We had a jaw-dropping experience and felt like we were at home.

Our family had an amazing time exploring the historic town of San Gimignano while staying at this fabulous apartment. The central location allowed us to step out and be right in the midst of the bustling Central Square. The kids absolutely loved the medieval atmosphere, and we all enjoyed immersing ourselves in the rich history of the town. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts, Fabio and his daughter Sara, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to provide us with restaurant recommendations and travel suggestions. The laundry facilities, air conditioning, and secured parking were a definite plus for a large family like ours.
My wife says that it took quite some time for the apartment to heat up during the cold nights. It would have been better if the space had been heated up in advance.
